"Moscow is a town blessed with several top-notch, service-oriented business professionals. And too often, their good deeds go without notice. I’m writing this letter to shine some light on a few recent good deeds of Keith Dimeler, Owner and Senior Loan Officer of Palouse Capital Mortgage. About a month ago, my husband and I decided to purchase some out-of-town “retirement property” and some out-of-town investment rental property—not exactly your standard loans. A family member recommended Keith, so we gave him a call. I’m so glad we did. The next few weeks revealed Keith’s impeccable integrity, concern for the customer’s best interest and his unrelentingly high work ethic.
"First we dealt with the “retirement property” –a 20-acre untouched, raw parcel of land near Sandpoint. Keith checked out several programs and found that most lenders required various expensive tests and measurements to consider the loan. Then he went out of his way to make initial contact with and then hand us over to a completely separate mortgage officer local to that area whose local bank commonly does such loans. The end result was that Keith found the best deal for us in every regard for a land loan—at absolutely no profit to him other than our good will.
